OMEGA has just released its latest Master Co-Axial calibres, available in a brand new line of watches for men and women.

The new OMEGA Master Co-Axial calibre can resist over 15,000 gauss of magnetic fields.

Why is this even important?

If your watch is exposed to strong magnetic fields, it affects its timekeeping capacity, even to the point of stopping it altogether.

Engineers, scientists, and pilots often encounter extremely high magnetic fields. These new anti-magnetic watches by OMEGA are more resistant than ever before.

However, OMEGA’s solution is not merely to encase the timekeeping mechanisms within an anti-magnetic case. No. OMEGA have gone so far as to create a timepiece mechanism completely out of anti-magnetic materials.
